if you follow emilyposts then you know that today was the first day of her couch to 5k challenge. Now, I’m not really a joiner, but after a particularly depressing Internet shopping clothing try-on, I joined. Late last night. Because this extra 20+ lbs shit has got to stop. And 4 months of weight watchers didn’t work cause, as it turns out, I really love food.
